Life at a Glance

Crossroads is very excited and delighted to introduce fabric artist Deborah Ann's artwork for the month of March. Deborah Ann is a lifelong artist, "creating art has been the focus of my life for as long as I can remember". Beginning in grade school with oil paints and clay sculpture, then, after being introduced to a loom, her love of fabric arts began its journey. She's worked in both 3D and 2D fabric art, pushing the medium and work with, drawing, painting and embellishments on fabric art. "Portraiture is one of my greatest challenges. Doing this in fabric required much precision to not distort the features and I thrive on the challenges this presents". Currently, along with her 2D fabric art, Deborah Ann can be found creating mixed media, table size whimsical sculptures from here studio. "Life is always an adventure when I go to the studio". Show dates: March 2 - 31st. First FridayCrossroads is very excited and delighted to introduce fabric artist Deborah Ann's artwork for the month of March.
