MORE POTTERY WITH PAM – TABLEWARE

Build a soup mug, matching plate and rocking animal salt & pepper shakers. Working from slabs, local artist Pam Bingham will help you shape and mold the clay, cut and join pieces, texture, sand, glaze and build beautiful pottery items for your home. Clay is a material rich in history and possibilities for art making, and handbuilding pottery is the oldest use of the medium. This ceramics technique allows you to create forms with just clay, your own hands, and a few simple tools.

Dates: Wednesdays August 3^rd, 10^th, 17^th, 24^th. Pickup pieces 8/31.

Times: 1pm – 3pm

Ages: Adult (possibility for teen to attend with an adult if space available, must be pre-approved)

Cost: $60 member, $90 nonmember, $12 clay and firing fee
