New Year's Vision Board, Sound Session Class

We will come together for one hour of sound therapy and meditation for the New Year. We will then spend one hour assembling Vision Boards. Supplies will include boards, stickers, and adornments. Please bring anything that speaks to you along with any magazines you would like to share (to be cut up!). If you have any questions, please call the instructor at 619-518-8029.
