Qi Gong, “Energy Work” combines movement mindfulness and effective breathing to improve focus and concentration, release strass and awaken creativity. Dates: Monday, Wednesday, February 6, 8, 13 and 15 (4 classes)

Times: 9:00 – 10:00 am - Upstairs

Ages: Adults

Skill Level: No experience necessary. Movements are adaptable and may done in a seated position.

Class Size:  Min. 5, Max 12

Cost: $32 member, $48 non-members

Last day for sign-up is December 2.

Supplies: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for exercise. Shoes required. Please do not wear any strong fragrances.
