Qi Gong for Performance

Qi Gong, often translated as “Energy Work”, combines movement, mindfulness and effective breathing to improve focus and concentration, release stress, and awaken creativity. Some say Qi Gong exercises help improve work and study productivity, rev up athletic performance, improve restorative sleep, and open new perspectives for artistic pursuit. In this class we will explore some of the classic Qi Gong exercises in their simplified and more challenging forms. It’s easy, it’s fun, so why not give it a try?

Instructor: Dianne Erickson

Dates: Tuesdays, September 20th – October 11th (4 classes)

Time: 6:45am – 7:45am

Ages: adults

Supplies: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear that are appropriate for exercise. Shoes are required. In consideration of those with sensitivities, please do not wear any strong fragrances.

Class Size: Min. 4 / Max. 12

Cost: $32 members, $48 nonmembers
