Quilting Class - Easy Carpenter’s Star
Create a 32” square quilt for your wall, table topper, or as a baby blanket. Have fun with colors and create a beautiful “carpenter’s star” to inspire conversation and delight the eye in this beginner friendly quilt class. This beautiful, one-block-quilt will solidify your half-square-triangle skills, matching points, and your row assembly technique. Learn the skills to confidently do this over and over again. The quick quilt can be made in an afternoon, enlarged with borders or different size blocks. Enjoy different color variations and be creative!
Instructor: Tracy McKenzie of Essentially Loved Quilts
Date: Saturday September 17th
Time: 10am – 3pm
Age: 12 to adult (8-12 years with an adult)
Supplies: Sewing machine, plug-in, foot, etc; sewing/quilting notions; thread to match; and 1/4” foot.
2 Charm Packs (32 - 5” squares per pack) 1 print pack, 1 background pack. Pattern (supplied by instructor – paid with registration).

Cost: $40 member, $60 nonmember / $6 pattern (supplied by instructor)
