SWEET ROLL RACE

In this fun and easy class, you’ll whip up a lap quilt in no time, or double the fun and make a large throw or twin size quilt. Tone-on-tone or solid fabric recommended, but it depends on your Jelly Roll. Have fun making a Christmas, Halloween, Patriotic, or whatever steals your heart. You won’t be sorry!

Instructor:  Tracy McKenzie of Essentially Loved Quilts

Dates:  Saturday, October 14

Time: 10am-4pm (6 hrs). Please bring your lunch and water/drink

Ages: 15+ (younger by special arrangement if mature student)

Skill Level Requirements: Beginning Quilter

Supplies: Sewing machine, plug-in, foot, etc; sewing/quilting notions; thread to match; and 1/4” foot. 1 Jelly Roll (20 strips) or 1  1/2 yards. 3/4 yards for border. 1 honey bun or 1 yard for background (yardage for background needs to be cut into 1.5" strips, or come early to class) 

Crossroads has 4 sewing machines that can be provided.

Course cost: $48 member, $72 nonmember, $10 for pattern
