Explore Tai Chi For Health
Evolved from an ancient, multi-layered discipline, Tai Chi for Health offers a wealth of possibilities to balance the demands of our busy modern lives. Whether your goal is very practical (managing stress, improving balance and coordination, maintaining fitness and flexibility), or perhaps, more far-reaching (like embarking on a transformative journey), learning and practicing one or more of the “solo forms” is the key to experiencing Tai Chi’s many benefits. Students will explore fundamental postures and movements and learn how to apply Tai Chi principles to achieve ease and enjoyment in their practice.
