Traditional Yoga
Welcome to traditional yoga! We will begin with a yoga flow designed to warm and awaken your body's energy. This initial flow will gently increase circulation, loosen the joints, and prepare your muscles for the day. As we transition into the second part of the class, we'll slow down our movements and shift our focus inward. Here, we'll focus on mental clarity to foster a sense of inner peace. This aims to not only strengthen your physical being, but also to cultivate the mental resilience you need to tackle your day with confidence and calm. Join us to align your body, mind, and spirit, setting a positive tone for whatever lies ahead.
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.

Location: Upstairs dance studio
Cost per session: $8.00 members, $12.00 nonmembers (4-session punch cards available upon request.)
Participation Registration Form must be filled out and returned to Crossroads before start of class.
