BATIK
This is an introduction to the Indonesian and Indian art of batik, which combines a wax resist process, dye, and fabric. This class will involve hot wax and will run for 2-3 hours. Multiple patterns are available for student use.

Time: 6pm – 8:30pm
Supplies: Participants should bring a simple design idea with a pattern no bigger than 12” x 12” plus a fine tip black Sharpie. Dye, wax, fabric and tools all provided.
