Masks
Under the new guidelines put forth by the Oregon Health Authority on 5/18/2021
Crossroads is requiring masks for all people ages 5 and above when entering regardless of your vaccination status.
- We will not put the staff in the position of checking vaccination cards.
- We have eliminated the contact tracing at the door- we welcome you to sign the guest book.
- All doors are now open.
- It is your responsibility to socially distance.
- There are 8 sinks in this facility so washing your hands is very easy.
