06082020 Youth Program Updates
Classes at Crossroads-
As we move into the days ahead we need your help!
Parents please be monitoring Facebook for updates on Classes. Things are changing so quickly on us that the ability to call every parent is impossible.
For all youth classes you need to check in at the 2nd Street Door where each child will have a temperature check and check in. We will then dismiss students out the front door to parents.
For our classes we have have hulu-hoops for each student to drop their gear and water bottles in. Additional cleaning measures are in place including mopping floors between each class.
Payment please go online! If you need to meet with staff about payment please come in advance.
Please bring updated Participation Forms from our website in the forms library at the bottom of the page.
Hand to Heart Scholarship-- due to increased need for the scholarship fund we are asking all families to contribute 10% or more. A $50.00 class would be a minimum of $5.00 family contribution. For families struggling to get the 10% can grandparents help? If you cannot do 10% please call the Executive Director Ginger Savage. But please note that this year if the Scholarship Fund runs out of funds we will not be able to give any scholarships.
We will continue to get more efficient in our processes as we keep fine tuning things!
