Young Artists’ Studio
Young people come to an open studio setting to learn and refine artistic skills with artist instructor Paul Hoelscher. The idea behind this ongoing class is to help young people make art the way that most interests them, with an artist who believes that everyone is artistic and who has enough personal experience to be supportive of many media and techniques. Media include acrylic, oil, and watercolor paint, soft and oil pastels, charcoal, graphite, conte`, colored pencil and clay sculpture. Come and create – the sky’s the limit! Note: Occasionally, Paul does have students work in clay; parents will need to pay for clay and firing charges. Ask instructor for details.
