 Beginning Sewing

This is a beginner sewing class designed to get new students comfortable sewing! Therefore, no skills are needed! Students will learn their way around a sewing machine and how to use it, including how to thread it, and various stitches. By the end of the class, students will have made a shopping bag to carry their supplies to and from class! Crossroads has four sewing machines that are available to use, or students can bring their own!

Supplies: Students may bring their own sewing machine, or use one of Crossroads sewing machines.

First time taking a class at Crossroads? Please submit a Participant Registration Form prior to the first day of class. If you have filled out a Participation Registration Form within the past year, there is no need to submit one again. Forms may be emailed to melody@crossroads-arts.org or delivered to Crossroads.
