Ballet I, Session 2
Monday afternoons bring a lot of energy, excitement, and self-expression to Crossroads. This is an absolute beginning class, and the goal is to explore the wonder of classical ballet. Dancing improves coordination and flexibility, as well as building strength and confidence. Ballet technique is the basis of all dance forms and a valuable skill for all ages. This class emphasizes the basic positions, shapes, movements, and simple phrases. We will always have time for a bit of creative movement, but this class is a workout, and your dancer will sleep well that night.
