From Closet to Quilt

Give old clothing a new purpose by turning it into a beautiful quilt! In this class, students will learn how to prepare clothes for quilting, design quilt blocks, and assemble their work using foundational quilting techniques. Ideas include: sports and travel t-shirts, kids and baby clothes, or late loved ones clothing. This class is great for anyone interested in preserving memories through fabric while building strong sewing skills.

Date: Saturdays, May 16 & 23

Times: 10am - 12pm

Last Day to Register: May 15

Ages: 12+ 

Skill Level: Proficient sewing skills.

Supplies: Students may bring their own sewing machine or use one of Crossroads' sewing machines.
