Ballet/Dance - Level I

BALLET/DANCE - LEVEL I

Learning to dance is a lot of fun! This class is for young beginners with little to no experience or previous training. Using simple floor exercises, stretches, and basic barre work, we will practice fundamental positions and movements. Exercises in center and across the floor will build short movement phrases and simple choreography. We will grow strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while experiencing the joy of movement and music.

Instructor: Debbie Friedman

Dates: Mondays, Jan. 6 - Feb. 24 (8-week class)

Times: 3:45pm – 4:45pm

Last Day To Register: Jan. 5

Age: 6-8 years

Location: Upstairs Dance Studio

Supplies: Leotard, ballet slippers & tights are encouraged (all are available for purchase at Crossroads)

Class Size: Min. 3 / Max. 8

Cost: $168 members/ $208 non-members
