Lunch at the Barre!
Do you need to shake up your winter routine? What about a different kind of lunch break totally? Make the most of a 45-minute zip through the Ballet Barre at Crossroads. You will feel refreshed and ready to tackle your afternoon. This will be a very basic Barre class for adults, appropriate for all levels. Scheduled between 12 and 1, we will allow time on both ends to get to and from work.
This is an ongoing class, so students are welcome to join anytime!
