Making Miniatures in Polymer Clay
Family Friendly!
Need a unique holiday gift for a youngster or a miniature enthusiast? This class is one in a series of 1:12-scale miniatures classes featured at Crossroads this autumn. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll use delightfully versatile oven-baked clay to create dishes and décor items suita this two-hour wble for standard-sized doll houses, fairy gardens, or other miniature displays or dioramas. Instruction is geared toward the 1-inch = 1-foot scale, but participants are welcome to scale up to fashion doll (Barbie) size.
Bonus! Need a dollhouse to go with the accessories? Woodworking instructor Laura Klement is offering a beginner’s dollhouse building class at Churchill School (see their website or Facebook page), and the minis made in this class will fit that!
